Dormitories are the essential location for college students´ study, living and social life, and thus influence their development physically and mentally. With the socialization of college´s logistics, management of dormitories ought to have some changes. The managing of students´ dormitory has turned to apartment and community mode, which has direct and profound influence on students´ ways of living and learning. College students´ management is also facing new situation and challenges. To strengthen the education and management, colleges should change the managing mode of students´ dormitory, enrich dormitory construction connotation and develop the promotion function of “participation”.
