Abstract :
This paper proposes a novel method for extracting airplanes in infrared image. Firstly the image is enhanced based on Multi-scale Retinex algorithm. Eye micro-movement algorithm is approved to extract airplanes in infrared image. It can be concluded that such an approach is effective for airplane extraction in infrared image.
