After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

For the problems and limitations of the project management at the present, this paper discusses the application of the balanced scorecard in project management. Firstly, it proposed the framework of project scorecard by analyzing the environment of project implementation. Then, it establishes a model for the work of the project scorecard and briefly introduced the evaluation indicators of project scorecard. Finally, it developed a detailed process for the implementation of the project scorecard. The results strengthen and improve the theoretical system of project management and improve abilities to solve practical problems by using the project management.
