Abstract
This paper is concerned with the adaptive synchronization problem of chaotic systems with time delay. The Takagi and Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model is utilized to represent the chaotic systems. Based on parallel distributed compensation (PDC) scheme and Lyapunov stability theorem, an adaptive controller is proposed to synchronize the master-slave chaotic systems. Numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
