Abstract :
In this paper, a new ultra-wide band antenna is presented. To increase the bandwidth, a microstrip slot antenna was combined with a novel feed structure. With this design, a bandwidth of 146% (2 GHz -12.8 GHz) was obtained. With this feature, the proposed antenna is suitable for ultra-wide band wireless communication systems.
