Abstract :
In this paper the mathematical model of the traffic transfer process with a rate adjustable by RED is presented. For this dynamic model the stationary distribution of the two-dimensional Markov process and probabilistic characteristics of TCP window size and queue length are obtained based on the standard fluid model.
