Abstract :
To ensure the security and economic operation of power equipment, there must be regularly test of its insulation resistance. In this article, an intelligent insulation resistance tester based on C8051F020 has been designed. It consists of DC high-voltage module, measuring circuit, display module and some additional control circuit, making the test of the insulation resistance in a low voltage come true. It improves the test speed a lot, shortens the test time, and also stops the artificial operating error. A large number of experimental tests show that the tester has the feature of regulation high-voltage output, strong load ability, high test precision, suitable used in the field??and some additional functions, such as the display of measuring time, battery check, automatically storage of measurement data, print the measurement data and so on.
