Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a novel visual two-dimensional barcode, which has visually significant appearance and can be used more widely than traditional barcodes. Based on the theory of pattern encoding method of visual two-dimensional barcode, pattern encoding-oriented error diffusion is proposed to improve the barcode visual quality. In order to increase the barcode capacity, central region visual two-dimensional barcode is designed and generated according to the human visual selective attention mechanism. The barcode is composed of center encoding area and surrounding encoding area. Experimental results show that the generated barcode not only has better visual quality, but also has larger capacity. More importantly, it can be used to identify Authentication.
