Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a new streaming system by employing P2P and statistical multiplexing. The proposed scheme enhances the bandwidth efficiency of the whole network. Compare to the previous proposed methods, our scheme is also better in terms of received video quality. Experiment results show the variance of PSNR of the proposed scheme is lower than that of the same other schemes. Furthermore, it works well to support more number of users as well as better QoS.
