Abstract :
The X-ray tube with a cold-cathode electron source has become a hot topic for its advantages of small volume, fast response. A triode focusing structure was designed to improve the focusing performance of the electron source. The X-ray tube imaging was performed to test the emission performance. The clear X-ray image of static object was obtained, reflecting the good emission and focusing performance of the X-ray tube.
