Abstract :
At present there are many defects in the data collection process in the coal spontaneous combustion process experiment, so it is needed to improve experiment platform. The data acquisition and control system in the coal spontaneous combustion experiment in low temperature is designed for realizing the data acquisition intelligent control on the combination of theoretical research, numerical simulation and experiment, which is based on the coal oxygen composite theory, establish coal spontaneous combustion process model according to the fluid mechanics and intelligent control theory, and research and test for coal combustion parameters through experiment and theoretical analysis. It provides theoretical basis for the prediction and prevention of coal spontaneous combustion and control technology research which realizes visualization simulation test for the real-time changes of coal body internal temperature field and concentration field in the conditions of different temperature, oxygen quantity, air humidity and so on in the test bench in the furnace.
