Sessions of smaller groups for informal discussions and recommendations - Smaller Groups of people with a leader and rapporteur - Leader or rapporteur of each group report back to workshop plenary - Rapporteur produces written report to be included in the proceedings. - Group to select rapporteur. The time for the Breakout discussions is 60 minutes.
