Abstract
Identifying and authenticating global users is a major issue. Issues concern are language barriers, time zone, logistical headaches, political issues and cultural barriers. The solution to this problems are to use distributed local support in all regions, support for the helpdesk on human issues, needs a fewer passwords, but stronger, longer and with better aging policies, use of technology to improve functionality and better procedures to support the technology.
