  • Abstract
    On behalf of the Management Committee of the 2014 International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS) and the IRPS Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the symposium. In its 52nd year, IRPS continues to be the world´s premier platform for presenting pioneering work in semiconductor reliability. A record number of abstracts, totaling 303 submitted this year from over 20 countries is a clear testament to this. The 2014 technical program consists of 114 platform presentations and 94 poster presentations.
