This article had analyzed characteristics of return process in Logistics Center of Book Industry, in order to enhance the efficiency of return process in Logistics Center of Book Industry, presented a plan for integrated management in Logistics Center of Book Industry in the respect of enhancing starting point control during return, regulating book-return rules and intelligent return model, then discussed the optimization return business progress in Logistics center of book industry.
