The Research on the Heredity of Family Firm Gene in China

This paper dissects the basic characters of family firm gene in china by use of the corporate gene theory, and analyses the main problem which exist in family firm gene. To proceed from the genetic gene of Chinese family firm, we emphasize on analyzing which gene is needed by a successful family firm. The relevant analysis indicated that genetic change and negative corporate gene resulted from the transformation of times and external environment during the genetic research of family firm gene. Such heritage of family firm gene may necessarily cause the instability of corporate management and management crisis, while effective institutional and human resource arrangement will improve such change. While a fantastic leader is a key to a successful enterprise, an excellent corporate culture is much more an effective winning weapon for the long term existence of an enterprise.
