Abstract :
Summary form only given. Optical Doppler tomography (ODT) is a recently developed imaging modality that combines laser Doppler flowmetry with optical coherence tomography (OCT) to obtain high resolution tomographic images of static and moving constituents in highly scattering biological tissues. We have previously demonstrated noninvasive in vivo imaging of blood flow dynamics in a number of biological systems. In this presentation, we describe a new approach of using phase-resolved method to determine flow velocity in ODT image. This method has the advantage of easy implementation, fast speed, and high accuracy.
