Abstract
This paper introduces a new wheeling pricing technique called the MVA-KM method, which applies AC power flow and considers apparent power. A technique of buses sorting with ordering is incorporated with the proportional sharing principle and the upstream looking algorithm to trace the flow of electricity. An application example is illustrated. Computational results obtained by applying the proposed MVA-KM method are compared with that applying the MW-MILE method
