Abstract :
This paper considers an improved approach for linear systems with sawtooth delay. By constructing a new time-dependent piece-wisely continuous Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by using a free matrix approach, an exponential stability criterion is derived without systems model transformation in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which is illustrated by a numerical example.
