Abstract :
This paper proposes a new approach to power factor correction for the DC-linked high-frequency resonant inverter. The proposed approach performs current shaping function by altering the energy delivery process. The operation principle is illustrated by an implementation example. Experimental results are given to demonstrate the theoretical analyses
