Abstract
In this paper, we propose a self-interference cancellation system using LN DDMZM (Lithium Niobate Dual Drive Mach Zehnder Modulator). Self-interference cancellation is main issue in Full-Duplex system. Conventional Full-Duplex system is studied over Analog and Digital domain. But recently work says that significant portion of full duplex self-interference cancellation relies on analog domain techniques. But an analog domain technique has a problem which is weak about wideband signal. Using proposed system, we achieve 110dB self-interference cancellation. Our proposed system has a simple structure. We replaced phase shifter and other device with LN DDMZM. By controlling the parameter of LN DDMZM we can get desired performance and we can receive the desired receive signal after self-interference cancellation well. We use optisystem simulation tool in order to confirm a performance.
