Research on the Developmental Management Model of Software Type IT Project

The developmental management model is one of the most important factors which determine the success of the software type IT project. The work which is closely related to the developmental management model is put forward by analyzing the meaning of the developmental management model of software type IT project and the characteristics of each task in lifecycle. Meanwhile, the types, meaning, advantages and disadvantages of the developmental management model of software type IT project are discussed from both perspectives of development main body and developmental process. On the basis of the above discussion, the selection principles of the developmental management model(DMM) of the low-complexity, the middle-complexity, the high-complexity software type IT project(STITP) are discussed. The research achievements can provide the fundamentals for the specific selection of the development management model of software type IT project and further offer reference to the related problems.
