Abstract :
EDP Distribution is now facing the challenge of the Quality of Service Regulation (standards and requirements). The aim of this paper is to outline that the need of adapting to a liberalised and competitive market implies, on EDP Distribution´s behalf, an increased effort to attain not only a new step of efficiency and attention to the client but also a continuous improvement of the Quality of that Service
