Abstract :
Fuzzy matter-element assessment approach approaching an ideal solution to evaluate the schemes is adopted since the location selecting of crossing site establishment involves many factors and commanders are difficult to make scientific decision. Fuzzy matter-element evaluation model with six presupposing crossing site was set up, in consideration of twelve indexes of optimization selection including the river width, velocity, water depth, unloading field, probability of obstacles in the river, bank slope, bank height, rendezvous field area, entering and evacuation time, protection and alert efficiency, work amount of military temporary road and hidden security. The order in selecting of each crossing site was determined by calculating weighted indexes relatively good membership of composite fuzzy matter-element. It provides a scientifically rational and simple evaluation method to solve such issues.
