  • Abstract
This paper discusses chaos generators with impulsive switched capacitors (ISC). The ISC function sets a capacitor voltage to a basis voltage instantaneously if the capacitor voltage reaches a threshold. By applying a mapping procedure, we analyze the generation of chaos and fundamental bifurcations. Also, we propose a novel mutually connecting scheme based on a pulse signal and apply it to the chaos generators. The mutually connected system exhibits synchronization of chaos, its breakdown, and quasi-synchronization. Some of the phenomena are confirmed by laboratory experiments
