Abstract :
This article presents the results obtained by electric dimensioning combined with an aerodynamic study of a unipersonal electric vehicle prototype. Vehicle behavior is studied using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) which shows the drag impact generated by solar panels on the implementation over car body. At the same time, electric elements will be analyzed independently to reach the best components with optimal features, therefore it is obtained a system which allow good motor performance and long battery life. The results shows the electric devices which are used, the aerodynamic and energetic impact due to implementing solar panels, and the necessary power to start up the unipersonal electric vehicle prototype.
