  • Abstract
    A measurement system is presented for measuring rheological properties of non-Newtonian fluids. The system consists of a slightly modified electromagnetic flowmeter and, optionally, of a differential pressure sensor. Its main characteristics are: in-line, non-invasive measurement, medium accuracy, very simple to be realized. The estimation of rheological parameters is restricted to laminar, axisymmetric flow
