Abstract :
We analyze the defects of the traditional workshop equipment monitoring system built in wired mode, put forward a networking scheme basing on wireless sensor network and embedded Ethernet to monitor the workshop equipment. Using Freescale 32 bits MCF52233 MCU (integrate Ethernet module inside) and 8 bits MC13213 MCU (integrate ZigBee base layer protocol inside), we give a practical example. Besides, we also put forwards the low-power strategy for ZigBee nodes which is supplied power by battery, and explains the main technology in detail for the software design of data management center.
