Abstract :
Synthetic aperture techniques combine data obtained from multiple sensors or one sensor moving among multiple locations. This article discusses Synthetic Array Processing for weak GPS signal tracking issue. In this provided SAP method, the combination of weak signal collected at different positions is optimized: permitting to signals separation and mitigating MP in the synthesized space domain. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of the developed method. The limitation of SAP is for compensation phase dynamic due to antenna motion, the motion information of the receiver (trajectory and velocity) should be known. That means Inertial Measurement Unit is needed at the receiver side. For the future work, un-uniform synthetic array as well as arbitrary trajectory and random receiver´s velocity case should be researched because these conditions are more close to practical case.
