Abstract

Research efforts have been gradually invested in online automatic business system health-checking in order to improve enterprise business capability in real-time. The paper proposes a service-based framework to automatically check the health situation of business execution in online way. Based on enterprise organizational behavior analysis, paper establishes collaborative health-checking system by using service-oriented testing technique to provide indicator data result for health capability evaluation. The situation applying the results above in industrial practice showed that online automatic business system health checking is a good way to monitor real-time business execution and improve its performance timeliness and efficiency.
