Abstract :
The objective of this article is to discuss the new photovoltaic policy recently approval by the Spanish government. If the Spanish market has been seriously damaged during 2010 precisely by the Spanish policy started in 2009, with the new Royal Decrees and Law published in the end of 2010 will cause serious problems in the PV Spanish market not only in 2011 even in the future.
