  • Abstract
In many cases, in use of the common resource accompanied by queuing, waiting time poses a problem. As the solution of problem, there are methods that common resource might be increased or usage of common resource might be restricted. However, increasing a resource cannot be easily carried out from the viewpoint of cost, or a viewpoint of coefficient of use in many cases. On the other hand, if the restrictions on use are strengthened, a user´s convenience will fall. We show that the action which each user using a common resource takes autonomously turns into cooperation which has good influence also not only to the user itself but to the whole. In this paper, by the cooperation of each user of a common resource, while it is shown that the waiting time decreases, it shows about the moderate cooperation for decreasing the waiting time better using the number percentage of the users who take action, or the rate of each user´s action frequency.
