Abstract :
There is a problem in a cold rolling line of domestic steel enterprise, which is the phenomenon of bad cutting-type when it used the diameter of 407mm bilateral disc shearing to shear the thickness of 2.82mm strip steel. In this paper, to solve this problem by create the shear system model according to certain simplified principle, from taking the simulation of practical operation conditions, we can obtain the relationship between shear force of coincidence degree and shear blade gap, and got affecting relation between coincidence clearance degree and strip steel shear quality. Finally using the theoretical knowledge demonstrates the accuracy of simulation results.
