Influence of Internet Violence on Adolescents and Its Preventive Strategies

With the development and popularity of Internet, it brought precious opportunities for the life, study and interaction of human being. However, at the same time, the unsuitable uses of internet also aroused a series of social problems. Among them, internet violence increasingly became a prominent problem. Adolescents were the important part of internet users. Internet violence showed serious and negative influences on the development and growth of adolescents. Based on the introduction about the conception of Internet violence, the present paper explored the representation forms and causes of Internet violence, and then analyzed in detail the effects of internet violence on the healthy development of adolescents. At last, the preventive strategies against Internet violence were discussed.
