Abstract :
Summary form only given. We report our recent study of quasi-phase-matched second- and third-harmonic generation (SHG, THG) in a domain-inverted optical superlattice LiTaO/sub 3/ crystal. The generalized Fibonacci ferroelectric quasiperiodic optical superlattice was constructed using two building blocks each composed of a pair of oppositely polarized domains.
