Abstract :
Software development is a complex process. Today´s IT professionals work in geographically distributed, international teams. Computer science students need to learn the organizational and intercultural skills required to work on globally distributed projects. International virtual teaching teams can help students gain these skills. In this paper, we present the initial results of a joint Mongolian-German team-teaching project to teach global software engineering.
