Electronic courses for programming languages at Catholic University in Ruzomberok

Development of the society in the current period puts the education on the top place. Besides the classical education, the e-learning is getting to the forefront. The e-learning is one of the most modern individual learning methods. The introduction of modern information and communications technologies contributes to the increasing level and quality of knowledge of students. This doesn´t concern removal of teacher´s personality from the teaching process, because a teacher at university is indispensable. A combination of classical teaching and e-learning at university has been established. It is possible to create a suitable electronic study material by using the advantages of e-learning. In the paper, the authors describe a electronic materials for teaching of the programming languages Pascal, Imagine and C at Faculty of education Catholic university in Ružomberok.
