Abstract :
This paper proposed a compact phase shifter array for use in UHF RFID applications. The proposed phase shifters produce phase shifts of 180°, 90° and 45° and operate at 910 MHz with a bandwidth of 100 MHz. This phase shifter array has tremendous applications for use in phased array antennas due to its compact size. In addition, the wide bandwidth of the phase shifters allows them to be used in global UHF RFID applications.
