Abstract :
This paper presents a new protocol for monitoring the quality of power in an industrial environment by means of Ethernet networks. This protocol performs a real time waveform monitoring, allowing an oscilloscope like analysis. It is also possible to check the status in digital channels, and control a monitored peripheral. An application test was created to test and validate the protocol features.
