Abstract :
This paper presents a new online uninterruptible power supply (UPS) structure in which a dual-functional power factor corrector (PFC) substitutes for an inevitable battery-voltage booster, thereby simplifying the complexity of the power stage. Via the proof of experimental results, the proposed UPS structure consequently shows its feasibility, low cost and high power density
