  • Abstract
    In this paper, we propose an iterative Doppler shift estimator by applying the adaptive lag process to the traditional envelope Autocorrelation Function (EACF) method, and both theory and simulation show good signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) insensitive performance in wide range of velocities and SNRs.
