Abstract
The possibility of chaotic systems control by small control action is studied for two classes of control methods: the discrete adaptive gradient control, and the method of output feedback adaptive control based on goal inequalities and an input-output form of linearized controlled Poincare map. The proposed ideas are applied to control of Henon map and forced brussellator
