Abstract :
Power quality monitoring is the most valuable approach to obtain quality information from system directly. High-level management is also helpful for enhancing quality situations. So this paper focuses on these important aspects for quality studies. In the monitoring part, in order to realize an intelligent monitoring, the paper first introduces principles of fuzzy cluster and pattern recognition for preparing use. Then with their applications, it offers a fuzzy monitoring way on quality rms variation with the memberships fuzzy clustered twice. It can directly obtain quality status with fuzzy description within a certain segment monitoring time. In the management part, first the authors suggest a regulation of memberships for management. Then the paper introduces the fuzzy relations cluster application to quality management as guidance for decision via a case study. It is not difficult to see that the application results for five-place management are quite reasonable that hold the preliminary expectation.
