Abstract :
In this paper, a scheme of automatic load regulated system of a heat and power plant of a petro-chemical corporation based on a microcomputer local area network (LAN) is presented. The STD industrial control computer is used for the hardware system, the software system is developed in the environment of DOS and Microsoft Windows, a mixed language program is used, and the Bitbus network and a Novell network are used for the system communication
