Abstract :
This paper proposed two high performance filters for extracting the positive- and negative-sequence components. The three-phase system of space vector is modeled by complex transfer function (CTF). Two filters are designed and analyzed according to frequency domain theory based on CTF. The performance of two filters is compared detailed by theory and simulation, under unbalanced, distorted, and frequency variable conditions. The effectiveness and validity of filters are verified through experiments.
