Abstract :
Based on six types of relations such as deviation, intersection and inclusion among interval numbers, this paper presents an interval negotiation decision-making model on QoS information between service provider and service requester, including a trade-off and concession algorithm to determine the interval negotiation boundary. Additionally, the negotiation protocol and algorithm description are put forward for further system develop.
