Abstract
The paper focuses on similarities and differences between RADARSAT-2 and RADARSAT Constellation SAR antennas radio frequency (RF) architectures, both in terms of the radiating panel designs and feed networks designs. An overview of the antenna RF architecture, functional requirements and design trade-offs that led to the concept is presented. Design of key antenna units is also described.
