Abstract
The nonlinear integral equation from generalized phase problem is investigated. The equation arises in linear antenna synthesis theory with amplitude radiation pattern as data. New properties of solutions are obtained. In particular, there can exist solutions with non-symmetrical amplitude pattern even in the case if the given amplitude pattern is symmetrical. It is also shown that some solutions can disappear with increasing electrical size of antenna
