Title :
Comparison of two guided scrambling schemes for optical disks
Abstract :
Guided scrambling (GS) is a candidate for a DC-free code in the next generation of the DVD standard. This paper evaluates the performance of convolutional GS and GF-addition GS on DC-component suppression and symbol error probability.
