Abstract :
The purpose of this work is the modeling of electromagnetic signal multiple interactions with moving turbulent inhomogeneities in a slightly ionized plasma flow. A method of stochastic modeling is applied to the analysis of the problem. The type of wave interaction with turbulence is determined according to set cross sections of absorption and scattering. In the case of fulfillment of a wave scattering condition, the direction of beam propagation changes according to set indicators of turbulence over-radiation. The results of calculations demonstrate the substantial dependence of the frequency spectrum shape of the scattering wave from the degree of inhomogeneity of the flow profile velocity, and from the shape of the frequency spectrum of the wave incident on the flow
